Harpers Bazaar Homme No3

We were delighted to host a recent editorial shoot for Harper’s Bazaar Homme at The Old Lace Factory rooftop, as part of the Autumn/Winter 2026–27 issue exploring contemporary masculinity.

Photographed by Ethan James Green and styled by Panos Yiapanis, the series forms part of a broader “superhero” narrative. The shoot features cover star Fabian Körber alongside Bram Simonnet.

The rooftop became the primary setting for the shoot. The team made full use of the space, capturing it from multiple angles — from the open skyline to the more textural elements underfoot, where the worn surfaces and layered materials added a distinct atmosphere. The backdrop of surrounding buildings, along with glimpses of the Overground line running alongside the property, gave the images a grounded, urban energy.

In one of the final setups, the team introduced a large paddling pool on the roof, its gold-infused water taking on an unexpectedly murky, almost organic quality on camera, keeping with the raw, urban tone of the shoot.

While the photography took place on the rooftop, the interior spaces functioned as a full production base. The North and South studios were used for styling, wardrobe and catering, allowing the team to work fluidly across the building with ample space for fittings, preparation and downtime.
